Initial Discussion
We discuss the nursing support required, the times and pattern of care you are looking for, and how the care might be funded.
Nursing Assessment
An NMC-registered nurse carries out an assessment, usually at home, to understand clinical needs, risks and preferences.
Care Begins
A personalised package of nursing care is agreed with you and delivered by our registered nursing team, with ongoing review.
How Care Can Be Funded
We work with families across the full range of funding routes and can help you understand which may apply.
Private / Self-Funded
Families arrange and fund nursing care directly with us.
NHS Continuing Healthcare
For people with eligible complex health needs assessed under the NHS CHC framework.
Integrated Care Board
Funding commissioned by the local Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Local Authority
Arrangements commissioned or part-funded by the local authority.
